The MAGNI 90-night promise

Try MAGNI for 90 nights after your order arrives. If it has done nothing for you, email info@usemagni.com to request your money back. Our promise applies to one-, two- and three-tub orders.

How to request a refund

Send us one line telling us you would like a refund. Include your order number or the email used at checkout if you have it, so we can find your order.

No form, no return and no phone call. Keep the tub. You do not need to send back an opened or unused tub to use the 90-night promise.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. We will confirm by email when your refund has been processed; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order problems

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or is missing an item, contact info@usemagni.com so we can help. If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, we will explain the next steps.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
